Membership is to the Horsham Rifle and Pistol Club, which includes The Horsham HFT Club
Please note that you do not have to be a member of our club to shoot at a open HFT. Just turn up on the day. Please make certon that it is an open shoot as you will not be allowed to shoot
At any of the Sussex inter club events, or shoots at any that are not designated an open shoots. (Check the calendar the day before for any cancellations.)
You will need a sub 12ftp air rifle fitted with a scope, and £6.00 entry fee
And some food if you want.
We will do our best to make your day a good one.
However is you want to get in to HFT the best way is to join our club
Here is how
1.
Fill in the police check form at the bottom of this page.
Please note that this check can take up to a week to come back.
If i have not contacted you after a week please give me a call.
2.
Ones your police check is back I will contact you to let you know.
You will then have to come along to one of our home HFT shoots or a week day
Shoot at our club house in Horsham.
Please bring with you £5.00 and a form of picture ID; you will be required at this time to fill in a full application form. (If you want to shoot on that day don’t forget your range fee £1.50 for in door and £4.50 for Hft)
Junior shooters (12 and over)are welcome but they must be accompanied by a designated guardian at all time.
By becoming a member you will be able to take part in the following shooting disciplines, by prior arrangement with the Head of the Section.
Ammunition and/or range costs may apply.
HUNTER FIELD TARGET
Out Door Hft Members £4.50 / non Members £6.00
Indoor mid week shoots £1.50 per shoot
Air Pistol Target (A tariff of £1.50 per shoot is applicable)
Air Rifle Target (A tariff of £1.50 per shoot is applicable)
Small Bore Target (22 rim)
Light Sporting Rifle Target (22 rim)
Full Bore (Not Held at Horsham Range)
Black Powder Shooting (Not Held at Horsham Range)

Once you have completed 10 shoots over a 3 month period . You will be considered by our Committee for Full Membership. Full Membership Fees are charged on a pro rata basis which runs from 1st April to 30 March each year.
Prior to your application being considered we are required by law, under Section 21 of the Firearms Act, to submit your details to the police for approval. This will not cost anything and can be carried out quite quickly. The information we will need is your full name, date of birth and place of birth. (PLEASE FILL IN THE FORM AND SUBMIT) Once approved all new members will be charged a £5 / £2 for juniors .non refundable admin Fee.
